I am sure it’s easy to order this dish from a local Chinese resteraunt, but would it be cool to be able to make this dish at home by yourself ? Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe about this healthy and easy-to-make chicken and broccoli dish.
Below is a step-by- step demonstration of how I made this dish with pictures.Note: If you are not familiar with some of the sauces, spices or seasonings that I used in the recipes, here is a resource page called that I have created to help provide you with these information.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, stir in the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the chicken breast, stir fry for 3-4 minutes until the chicken has changed color.
- Add in the broccoli and continue cooking for another 3 minutes until soft.
- Add salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
