I love making fried rice at home. It’s a great way to combine ingredients together in a single dish. Today, I am going to share a beef and kimchi fried rice recipe with you guys. Here are some other fried rice recipes I have shared on Spice the Plate in the past: ham and assorted vegetables as well as egg and cabbage.
For ingredients, I used beef steak, green pea, kimchi and cooked rice. I stir fried the marinated beef first until it has changed color. Then, I sauteed the green pea and kimchi together with the beef for a couple of minutes. After that, I added rice and seasonings into the pan and stir fried for a couple of more minutes. The whole process took less than 10 minutes.
I topped the fried rice with some freshly chopped green onion before serving. The sourness of the kimchi is spread out and absorbed by the fried rice, creating a fresh taste. That’s what I like the most about this dish. Try this fried rice recipe out, I am sure you will like it!
Below is how I made this dish step-by-step. The total time needed is about less than 10 minutes!Note: If you are not familiar with some of the sauces, spices or seasonings that I used in the recipes, here is a resource page called that I have created to help provide you with these information.
If you like this recipe, don’t forget to share it with your family and friends. Next week, I am going to share a “Braised Pork Belly” recipe, come back and check it out!
