This sesame spinich is my favoriate vegetarian recipe! It is a perfect combination of taste and providing health benefit. It is also one of the easiest things to make. I can’t wait to show you how I made it.
Freshness of the spinich is no doubt a key to the success of this dish. I picked out this fresh and nice looking spinich yesterday at the grocery store and the idea of making this dish came into my mind right away.
You might wonder why I blanched the spinich instead of eating it raw. This is a great question! The truth is I haven’t really thought about that before, except this is how my mother likes to make this dish. Feel free to make this dish into a salad if you like to 🙂
The secret weapon for this dish is the sesame sauce that’s made of sesame paste, sesame oil, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, water and toasted sesame seeds. Check out the recipe below for how to make this yummy sauce.
Below is how I made this dish step-by-step. The total time needed is less than 15 minutes.Note: If you are not familiar with some of the sauces, spices or seasonings that I used in the recipes, here is a resource page called that I have created to help provide you with these information.
If you like this recipe, don’t forget to share it with your family and friends. Next week, I am going to share a “Fried Mushroom” recipe, come back and check it out!
