I’m Han and I am the cook, photographer and author behind this food blog. Welcome to my little corner of the internet – I’m really excited that you’ve found us!
I was born and raised in China, where I grew up watching my mother cook delicious food for the family. The kitchen was my favorite place to be, I’d spend all day hanging out and watching my mom cook. My interest in cooking starts during those days as a young girl and has only gotten stronger over the years.
Now, I like to spend my Sunday afternoon cooking for my family. The sound of the soup simmering slowly on the stove is the best “music” in the world.
I started sharing Asian recipes on my blog to express my passion for cooking and connect with people around the world through food. My philosophy on food is: tasty, easy-to-make and cost-conscious!
