ground beef and celeryI am sure you have used diced celery when making soups before, have you thought of using it for a stir-fry dish? This ground beef and celery recipe uses diced celery as one of the main ingredients.

It’s a popular Chinese dish takes only 20 minutes to make. If you are looking for a quick stir-fry recipe, I would recommend trying this one out.

Fabulous. I was on my way home this evening and I knew I had celery and ground beef and an onion and I also had some fresh garlic at home. I did not want to stop at the grocery store because it was cold windy and raining. I turned to the Internet for an easy recipe and came across your recipe. Perfect in every way! Thank you for posting! I would definitely make it again and again.

I was a day away from another grocery delivery, so I took stock of what I had on hand, then searched the internet for a recipe that included ground beef and celery. After I read this recipe, I realized I had all the ingredients on hand, so I gave it a try. My wife and I loved it so much that we’re making it one of our “keeper” recipes. Thank you for posting it!

My son moved back in along with some celery and carrots that he found frozen in the back of his fridge. Needless to say, I wanted to use them up before they went unusable. Recipe turned out great. My only change was using carrots also since I wanted to use them up. I also used some hot oil since my family likes a bit of hotness. The recipe is a keeper. Thanks.
