Healthy Chicken with Broccoli

  • 3-4 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, stir in the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Stir in the chicken breast, stir fry for 3-4 minutes until the chicken has changed color.
  3. Add in the broccoli and continue cooking for another 3 minutes until soft.
  4. Add salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
