Ingredients
- ½ pound pork, cut into thin strips
- 2 zucchini, cut into thin strips
- 3 cloves of garlic, peeled and sliced
- 3 spicy chili peppers, cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet pan over median-high heat, stir in the pork, cook for 1-2 minutes until it has changed color.
- Add the soy sauce and cooking wine and keep stir-frying the pork for another 1 minute.
- Add the garlic and zucchini and stir fry for about 3 minutes until zucchini has turned soft.
- Add salt and the chili pepper, stir fry for another 1-2 minutes and serve.
